	dpMagic Software Inc. and H.C. Top Systems B.V. have signed a distribution agreement on March 31, 2005. According to this agreement dpMagic Software Inc - with help of Top Systems – will develop a German version of their popular software dpMagic Plus. This product will be exclusively distributed by Top Systems in Germany, Austria and Switzerland. H.C. Top Systems B.V. also has the exclusive right to distribute the English version of dpMagic Plus in Germany, Austria and non-exclusive right for English version in Switzerland.
